Bringing over sixteen years of distinguished customer service experience from esteemed banking institutions within the Chicago area, Courtney Sapp serves as FriedmanFinancial’s Client Service Specialist. Her deep understanding of the financial industry adds immense value to the team and, more importantly, to FF”s valued clients.

Courtney currently resides in Chicago with her husband and Jackie Robinson, their Jack Russel terrier. She has a Business Administration degree from McHenry County College and a Psychology degree from William Rainey Harper College. In her personal time, she enjoys going to the beach, binge watching tv series, experiencing new cuisines and traveling.
